I was on the hunt for a car-van like a Berlingo or something to complement our Panda Cross, and happened across this Multi at a local dealers, tbh, I wouldn't normally have bothered looking at it, but it was a bit barn-findy on the quiet.

One owner from New - 110000miles in 16years, fully maintained, all electrics and A/C works, possibly been garaged, as it's very solid underneath, and very clean inside too.

It wouldn't pass as a bargain at a final price of a bag of sand, but the man's got to make a living so what can you do. The history file is A1, so hopefully it'll work out well.

Oh, and so far the only niggle is that the drivers side wing mirror keeps going when motoring them out from flat, must be a dodgy microswitch or something?

Mine has done that a few times after being knocked, pull it back to its correct position when the mirrors are 'out' and try again. Mine sorts itself out each time.

Hi Andy. I came across mine hiding at the back of a dealers yard as an unwanted px. It was more pig stye than barn find and looked like it hadn't been washed inside or out in years but has proven to be a really useful vehicle.
My mirror also did the same as yours after a knock, but as Wiltshire said, set them both as out and it should sort itself out.

Been having a play with the mirrors today, most times when the ignition is turned on, the drivers mirror twitches forward slightly, until after two or three rounds it must be off the back of the switch and it carries on going all the way forward. You can just pull it back, but there's definitely something amiss.

On the plus side using a tip from the search I took some non-acetone nail varnish remover and stripped the melted soft-touch surface from the gear surround, the vent nobbles, and the cup holder. Just smooth grey plastic now, much better.

Also ordered a new aerial to replace the broken one, and bought some of that non-slip matting for boats/caravans to put in all the cubbies and glove boxes, as they are all full of zero friction surfaces for stuff to slide about on!

The front one didn't work, but I popped the switch panel off and it was just the plug was disconnected. Fixed that one on the forecourt :D

Looks like you've come across a decent little shed there mate. Watch out tho, it'll get under your skin and you'll become be another victim of the BUG loving world, not that that's a bad thing, I've had 6 of em and I can still see their good side. (I've got to get out more  )

Yep, wasn't planning on going too mental, but given there's a couple of light suspension clonks, I'm already thinking of doing a few bushes :D

See my post on my gearbox repair. I dropped the subframe and replaced the ARB bushes (which were worn through) and the drop links. It's a cliché but it drives like new now.
