Guys,

The little microswitch inside the key fob of my betters halfs 2007 Multipla has broken away from it's fixings. I've done some googling and reckon I can get that soldered.
She'd unlocked the car using the remote fob at which point the contacts failed on the switch I reckon, so my question is, if she locks it with the key in the lock, will the alarm sound off when she unlocks and opens the door?

If you lock it by turning the key in the door then you don't activate the alarm. Marty.
