General Resetting service indicator

I'm still new on here but I like the fact that I go on this morning to ask a question and here it is with the answer, I'll be giving this a go this afternoon, cheers ;-)

Just been out and had a go on my Multi. It's not quite as the instructions, so here's my take:

Press and hold 'Mode' until 'Setup' displays
Press '-' button to display 'Service'
Press 'Mode' again. You should see 'Fr. Tyres 2.3-2.5'
Press '-' . You'll then see 'After' and 0 miles
Press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons together for about 10-15 seconds. The display should change to 12500 miles. I wish I knew how to change that to something lower - that's a bit long for a diesel for my liking.

There's a load of other reminders about tyre pressures, coolant and oil type etc to scroll through with the '-' button at the 'Fr. Tyres 2.3-2.5' level.

I haven't tried this yet but will do this evening. My previous motor a Citreon Xantia had a similar thing in that you started the vehicle, or at least turned on the ignition, with the trip reset button pressed, the display then cycled through the different service intervals which are preset options and you stopped on the one you wanted, you can't choose specifics just what it offers you.
