Replaced the crank pulley today on our diesel multipla. The old one was rattling badly especially at idle and was giving belt squeal when setting off or on start up.
Purchased one off fleabay for £78 delivered, had to purchase new , shorter bolts due to it being a slightly different design.

After fitting it the rattle and belt squeal has disappeared completely , also what appeared to be clutch judder, having to give it plenty of revs to get it to set off smoothly has completely disappeared as well.

The car now sets off lovely and smooth even with no throttle, .. Result.

Cost with new bolts = £79.60, money well spent

Yeah had same issue with my multi too
I only paid £64 for pulley and bolts from shop4parts.co.uk
I also replaced belt, tensioner and idler because they all looked rough...

£64, that's cheap even with discount. they have em listed at £72 + £8 postage. What do you know that you're not telling us??

I know is cheap but i dont know why! I phoned them up and got loads of parts and when they arrived that was price of pulley
