Hi. Hope you understand my poor english.

I have problem with water coming out of the heater system, so the bottom of the car is wet inside.
We Can go for short ride and then the coolant system is empty.
I Think it's a leak in the radiator? Because water is coming out from heater system to the feets.

Is it difficult to get to the radiator for replacing it? How much of the "cockpit" do i have to tear apart?

Sounds like it could be the heater matrix rather than the radiator - the radiator is too far from the footwell to leak in to it.

Not sure how much dashboard you have to remove to get the matrix out, but this is what it looks like, if that helps? Could just be a loose connection?
