i have a 2001 1.9jtd multipla with a heater problem :bang:
its the model without aircon. Normally i wouldnt post but i have tried everything that everyone has recommended, but nothing worked
the blower motor wasnt working so i thought "fuse/relay"
checked the power going to the motor, none
bypassed a multiplug thats common to overheating, still nothing
even forked out a fortune for a new resistor and blower motor :bang:

Anyone got any ideas??? anything welcome lol

Hi, I lost power to the heater blower,so i cut into the two wires that go to the blower, and attached a 12volt power supply, this has worked for me for the last 2 years, the + cable had broken some were in the wiring loom,just got round the problem with a new supply to the blower. hope this helps.

Under the centre console there is a connector, which is prone to work its way loose - not the connector, the wires attached to it, there is a thread somewhere explaining this.

When i had this problem all i did was stick my head under, move the wires and the blower kicked in. Havent had a problem since, did your car have the On screen thermometer? As this normally disappears at the same time.
