Shop4parts is the place for the kits, which are relatively inexpensive.
Can I ask a favour? Assuming you're fitting them yourself, could you post again after doing so with any hints and tips on how it's done? I will need to do mine soon and would appreciate any pointers.

Easiest route is to buy the complete arm - getting the old bearing out can be a sod! - I got one from this place for less than £50 IIRC. Just make sure you identify the year & state whether it is equipped with ABS.

When changing arms it may be that the hub will not come off to swap over to the new arm without spilling all it's ballbearing to be ready to buy a new one!
