Technical Turbo upgrade

Hiya. Anybody done a turbo upgrade on a 1.9 JTD?
And is it worth doing anything like this for what you gain in the end?
I was thinking of trying to do this and if anyone has any info or has done this themselves, I'd be grateful for the assistance.

I simply bought a diesel tuning chip for mine. Absolute pig of a job connecting it up.:bang: Medium size hands v Very small aperture! I'm not young any more (only in the head). So I don't drive round like a dick'ead but it's nice to have the power on the motorway to pull up hills and pass quickly.

Where did you get this chip from then? How do you connect it in?
Sounds interesting if it works as I can do electrical easier than ripping bits off lol

Just get an Angel Tuning re-map.
I did it recently on my 115 ELX and now it's got about 145bhp.
You feel the difference from way down - and all the way through.
It's great. Only costs about 300 sovs, too.

Sorry for the delay. Yes Angel are THE people for Multi's. However, I saw a Tunit module for sale in the ads section on this site and bought it at a good price. It has improved the car no end. I fitted one years ago to a Nissan Primera:slayer: and it was excellent. Expensive though!

The good thing with angel is they come to you or even your workplace and can change the map slightly to suit the individual car, if your car shows faults or they think it cannot handle the full power they back it off a bit.
