A few q's today!!!!

As the weather is good, I've been cleaning the old girl and topping up fluids etc.!!!

Is there an oil level sight glass or some way of checking the gearbox oil
and were do you top it up if necessary?

Had a quick browse but couldn't see anything.

Oh for a decent workshop manual!!!!!!!!!!!!

cheers

There are 2 allen nuts set into it , the higher one is the fill level. Cannot remember which side at the mo have a look at the clutch change thread to see if its visible.

Yeah, the two allen key bungs are on the front side of the box - thats viewable if you duck your head under the front skirt to the right of your number plate (as you face the front of the car). Then look up a little and you'll see the box and 2 round allen key holes (hexagonal sockets). The top one is the 'filler'. Infill with oil till it starts to dribble out and it's full.
I believe it's EP90, if I'm wrong someone will advise.
