Hey all,

Im fitting remote central locking to the multi' and am struggling to locate the central locking control unit.

Im fitting a fiat Meta remote, the harness ties into the cars wiring perfectly apart from the fact I dont know where the locking control unit is.

Any pointers anyone?

Well, found out the "central locking control unit" is actually a yellow relay. Why did I assume I was looking for a black box??

The remote kits fitted, took about 1 1/2 hrs and works brilliantly.

Through other posts Ive discovered there is a "plug and play" replacement relay type remote central locking kit from Meta (M20) but mine was extremely cheap so i've no complaints.

Yes, £60 from Fiat I think with a yellow relay with a 'aerial' wire coming out of it and 2 remotes I think.

I think we're on about the same thing
