Boo! :p

Another one for you:D
... *Emm coughs and worrys that this is gonna sound really girly:eek: Out of my comfort zone asking this, but... Is it possable to do a LPG conversion on a Multi?
I know nothing of which cars are possible to convert, although i hear that its only petrol cars that are poss to convert
Has anyone had an LPG conversion on their Multi? Anyone know of a Multi with it done?:eek::)

Boyfriend thinks it wont be worth doing as the price of LPG is rising anyway, but id still like to research the possibility

conversion will cost min of £1500 but the time you done enough miles to get cost of that back it will be gone up loads, like diesel did, when i was a kid no one had diesel cars except a few mercs and golfs so it was less than half the price of petrol, then the more deisel cars that come on the road the more tax got put on it

Just bear in mind, that it will be cheaper in the long run but, the system needs to be serviced (and Cert of safety? not sure though) anually!

Insurance company will also need to be notified, giving them another reason to put it up:mad:, and it won't make the car worth anymore, just easier to sell, so if written off before the money is recouped, its a big loss.

Sorry to be so negative. But you might be able to get a Multipla already converted

Hi Keith
Many thanks for your reply
£300miles for £22 is excellent!
Have you noticed any difference in the power/performance?
And how much was the conversion?
