Personally I'm not interested in doing anything like treasure hunts. But I can also understand that people don't want to stand around in a car park for hours. I will suggest Castle Donnington and the motor museum there. I've been before and it's good.
looks fun in good weather - but a bit of a committment in mid-october,
I'm afraid it's italian car day + bike racing down sarf on the 5/6th ,
but i can travel up the rest of the month,

I didnt mean go on the track I was thinking about the museum. Although I guess people could go on if there is track time available. The museum has a nice cafe and cool gift shop. There is plenty of parking and there was a Peugeot club meet there last time. Anyway the idea is out there. I havent voted for a day because any will do for me. The only problem I have is that if its a Sunday I cant be there all day. I also didn't know there was an MI section created!! Can you subscribe to it like you can individual threads or social groups does anyone know? It's not very obvious - I look at the events section when I stray out of the Panda sections, but this is under clubs :doh:
Anyway I've voted. Might be able to do 12/13th but there's a chance we may do a show at Malvern that weekend so not voted for that one.
What is the plan - is there anywhere to go in Leicester? The transport museum at Coventry was good a few years ago (could do that again some time) - maybe something similar near Leicester?
