Just realised I've been here since October last year and still havn't posted any pics of the punto. Well here it is, nothing special for a first car:

She's a 55s, but without the 55 badges now and also with foggies (thanks to a labrador, long story). Working on bumpers, side repeaters and ICE but its not a bad little run around. Wheels are en route also from a friend in wales when he decides to come visit.

EDIT: better pics coming soon when I can find the digicam, phone pics will have to do atm sorry.

quite a rare colour. dont think i've ever seen one that colour now i think about it.

colour coded bumpers would make a big difference, so would clear indicators and side repeaters, and alloys, so you've got plenty to do!

did the labrador survive? :(

(damn dogs)

As for the rest, I am constantly looking for alloys (stupid bloke in wales promised me some then sold them *******):bang: , I either want the origional punto alloys or the "claws" off the mk2. The indicators are now clear and i've got some side repeaters ordered.

As for the colour coding, well the car is covered in bumps and scratches from the previous owners so I'm either going to get the whole car resprayed eventually (seeing as its still mechanically sound (y)) or sell it off and buy another mk1 with a bit more poke.

Whats a 55s like with a straight through exhaust and K&N, is it worth doing on such a low model?

BTW: IIRC the colour is "verde champion" but its too cold to go outside and check te code. To be honest i've never seen another one on my travels.
