Bravo (Classic) Si - Punto's Bravo HGT

Me and Alex discussed this and I think we agreed that if I do the 20vT conversion sometime down the line then it would be enough to sway him away from Trubo Cinq ;)

Just a few new pictures that I took last week at Whiley's work:

Now onto what I've been thinking:

Here's how she looks at the moment

And here's my plan

i like your plan, altho red calipers is a little bit silly, but i'll let you off due to your age handicap.

i see you have the rear mudflaps, have you considered cutting some front ones to fit over the skirts? i always thought if i got an hgt thats what i'd do with my front ones coz they're too good to live without. it wouldnt be hard.

Cheers for the comments guys (y)

Ah well spotted Jug ;)

The red calipers arent my plan... they just happened to be behind the wheels on the picture that I used to photoshop the wheels and I forgot to change them before finalising the layers on the picture.

I'm thinking either gloss black or silver calipers when I get time.

As for the mudflaps, I had never thought about that before but I might give it a go :D

gloss black would be my choice, anything else ends up black after a few hundred miles so in the long run they'll be black regardless :)

Yeah this is very true.

I need to order my new discs and pads this weekend so I will pick up some black hammerite at the same time and do them when I come to change the brakes.

i find black exhaust spray paint does a good job with minimal fuss and wont burn off. altho dirty calipers = peeling paint so at least give them a quick once over with sugar soap before painting.

*Small Update Time*

Take one set of -40mm lowering springs (ok so only half the set is actually in the picture but you get the idea)

Add one clumsy idiot (that would be me.... "Hi") plus some help and advice from a few friends (cheers Whiley, Ghost and Bulldog)

Spend a good few hours swearing and banging your head wondering why the new springs wont compress enough to get the top mount back on :bang: Then speak to aforementioned friends and realise that the shock has dropped down a couple of inches

Then put it all back together and get the car back on the ground...... And enjoy

The suspension is still settling in so I think it's still got a little bit more drop in it (I hope it has anyway ) Also the car is filthy :( Suppose I should really wash it this weekend.

Also these arrived last week (cheers to Skate2Create for getting them for me and sending them to me)

They're currently off at a friend's place waiting to be painted. I shall hopefully get them back and fitted next weekend.

More updates as and when I get stuff done...
