65k on the clock taxed and mot for 6 months and absolutly nothing wrong with it old people owned and cared for so has probably never been above 30Mph :D and the price was £650 so i decided to take him as it was very different to what i was wanting and a challenge to mod :) so the challenge has begun

whats first..... well cant do steelies can i :D so ordered the very rare rims :D only test produced and no longer available wolfrace shadow chrome sepangs in a lovely 17"

but gee you say look at the ground clearance hmm your right i started to decide between suspension or body and the body won :) ordered the laserline kit from poland then it arrived 7 days later :worship: wow what an ass yes the bumper was HUGE
so spanky went into the garage to have his new clothes fitted and fitted well they did

but the standard exhaust wouldnt work with this new car so i had a new one built from scratch :) with duplex ovals

Picture0002.jpg

but there was a problem with the steel a contamination in the compound so the exhaust had to be remade and i was still waiting on the ovals so had to make do with plain old round pipes for a week
so as you can guess was pretty chuffed with the way it was looking so i added a few engine details in the form of a RAID induction kit and a MOMO strut brace just to tidy it up a bit and took a couple of nice pics to show off :D

Then the unbeleivable happened (queue shocking music)

had the car 1 week at my door step and this

Some student girl decided she liked my car that much she wanted a closer look with her renault clio and got to close burst her tyre on my allow and dragged her clio along side of my car totaling the left hand side of the car
Pissed you bet i was :( :bang: was gonna kill her

how proud of my car was i

Picture00451.jpg

purple hair proud i was :) and she killed it so she didnt want the insurance involved and she would pay for whats needing fixed :) so off to fiat i go and for a pointer never go to fiat for a price :D

doors £300 each to be replaced
front wing £90
rear quarter panel £100
painting left side £300
labour to fix all £500

BUT she gave me the money for that quote

so took to my mate at his garage

2 doors from scrappy £30 each :)
1 front wing £25
painting £200
rear quarter fixing £50
labour = £0
= loads left so what could i do next :)

yup added the holoflake to the car

took it to the shop again and he started work on the prepping of the car

then i uprated the car battery to cope with all the extras i have also added a ful UFO kit to the car which is just basicaly a flash addition although not to everyones taste but hey its all fun :)

so its all been ups and downs but a lot can happen in 6 months and thats what exactly did happen hope you all have fun reading and viewing this :)

im guessing you are referring to the pics i took of the damage when you can see my feet :) thats how angry i was and i wasnt letting her get away so spared no time in getting outside to photograph the evidence :)

sweet, I never knew about your car!!!

Bloody close one with the student girl in the clio. this is why women are reputed to have 'less' accidents, they settle out of insurance, which usually works out quite well for both parties, so why not. either way, a LOT of good came from it IMO!!

love the new paint.
and yes your right, fresh paint on a car is one of the nicest things, doesn't matter what colour it is, just the fact its new and immaculate makes you feel good.

hope your washing it with a lambs wool mitt, and two bucket method to keep that new look(y)

its funny we met just by sheer luck she seen the car and i arrived back at my car and then helz attacked me :) but she didnt have her car :( but yeah would be a laugh to get the cars together for a photo spot the difference shoot :D

Nice....apart from the mixing of the sub sizes - unless you've crossed them over properly, of course :)

the subs created the biggest problem of all as FLI website have the wrong measurements for the sub boxes as i measured the boot space as 110cm and the website gives the size of box for the 12" at 35cm wide which would have 5cm spare in width but when the boxes arrived they turned out to be 38.5cm and if you are any good at maths youll see that they wouldnt fit so i had 2 12" subs spare that i couldnt fit so i checked the sizes for the 10 and since i new that they werent going to be bigger than 38cm i ordered another 2 of those to fill the void but yes everything is wired up and set up corectly but if any one is interested in buying any of the subs and boxes lemme know :D

oh and the car is purple :D its a standard fiat color erica purple ;)

do you live near dudley by any chance? saw a car like yours driving down the road when me and a m8 went to pick a set of alloys up, we did come from south west wales though so I was probably tired and could have been seeing things lol :p, looks nice though! love the paint work :D

ah ha :) the lights have already done just didnt put a pic up of it styill need to get a new 3rd light before that one gets done and the rear drum needs painted badly but that will just be in black as i think its silly to highlight big silly druma :)

but cheers all

oh and nope i dont live near dudley :) never even heard of it :D
