it sounds okish, well actually very nice, but it just isnt loud enough for me so i think il need a straight through middle box some time, but im likely to sell this exhuast cos of where it comes out, cos im going abarth, it wont stick out where its meant to at all :bang:

video of it- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR4XXG_hqAc

so what you think then? lol

Looks a hazrad to me. Someone could trip over that, sounds daft to occur but there are some daft people.

Well I walked into a towbar in Asda car park a few weeks back. Thing was chuffin' massive! Also bear in mind how hot it'll be after a good run and if someone catches their leg on it, well, your ass is grass. And they'll have a lawnmower.

looks lame mate, cut the centre section a bit ,then push the backbox back a bit so the backbox is flush with the bumper

to be honest mate, i dont think its the position that makes it look crap.... one of my mates has, well used to have, a gt, and its exhaust came out in a very similar place, think its just a quirk of the puntos and some exhaust brands.

but it does stick out too far.... (n)

when i fitted a sportex center exit to my old imola i had to get close to 2 inches cut off the end of it (didnt want to cut the mid section in case i wanted to fit a different exhaust) in order to get it to sit under the bumper properly.

as has been said, only a 10 minute job, whip the box off, bit of jigsaw / dremmel action and slide it back on.

sounds fine, looks freaking nasty.

TBH punto's without abarth rear aprons just look odd with an exhaust sticking out.

and i thought you were gonna keep this one relativly std??
bear in mind, most insurance co's won't allow performance mods for under 19's, and even then, exhaust mod often = +20% at least(n)

I've got 2ncb's (in a few month) and a borrowed ncb, and i still can't afford ought.
hence why I want a jtd instead, ecu mod on premium is way less than doing the engine on a mk1 punto properly,

thats illegal, it'll fail an MOT

but more importantly it looks totally gay.

take it off asap. then try to accept that mk1, 2, 2.5 puntos always look better with no exhaust.

They were designed so the exhaust is hidden, which I always liked, but for some reason people want a silly exhaust sticking out. What's the point in trying to show off a flash exhaust on a normal small engined Punto. I've seen Punto's that have had the bumper cut to accomodate an exhaust and if done right they look ok.
