Heres the low down apart from normal VAD turbo stuff like Auqamist MF2 injector driver, VAD fuel cut defender, low compression pistons running 8.2:1 ratio (standard 9.6:1)

new 3 months ago Garrett GT15 turbo running 1bar boost, TurboSmart Dump valve
flowed exhaust manifold as VAD left it a bit nasty
CSC centre box, Magnex rear box
extensive reworked coolant system with most pipes redone in Samco silicone wire reinforced pipe and alloy pipe & Sei MPi expansion tank, low temp thermostat, alloy rad, Punto GT/Diesel fan switch (lower temp)
BMC carbon air box
Mocal 19 row oil cooler with thermostatic take off plate s/s over-braid pipes
UNO inlet manifold, 40mm throttle body (1st in UK) ported to match the gas flowed and ported n polished head by Autosprint Design
alloy oil catch tank where battery used to be as thats in the boot
Ford Escort RS2000/Sierra 2.8i XR4x4 fuel pump which can run up to 5bar and flow loads more fuel
SARD rising rate fuel pressure regulator running 3 bar to Bosch light green 355 injector, primary injector now set to run 1.4bar, blue fuel hose
every nut, bolt, washer replaced with stainless steel, even the hose clips are stainless
red wrinkle finish cam cover (classic italian) and black ECU and bracket

Punto GT turbo late spec front callipers running 257mm MaxTroq Group N disc's and Mintex M1144 pads, rear UNO turbo calliper conversion again running MaxTorq disc's 227mm on standard pads, Goodridge over-braid pipes with stainless fittings front and rear with Earls s/s pipes connected to those to rear callipers
Monroe Reflex gas shocks, Eibach springs, Monroe bump stops/dust covers, new OEm top mounts, Eibach strut brace bar

Body wise, full Abarth kit skirts, spoiler with stainless steel mesh on front and rear aprons the rear was modified and smoothed into one piece as the rear IMHO is not brilliant standard as they leave to much of the standard bumper behind so the hole cut out is all wrong. Vented bonnet by Cool Louvres.

14" Compomotive Mo's in white running 195/45 rubber

interior Fishnet Recaro's from Starda Abarth 130TC, very tatty will be retrimmed and Recaro Fishnet headrest in rear to match.

Genuine Abarth steering wheel from Italy with Abarth horn push, retro fitted latter Cinq (Sei type) column and stalks
centre air vents removed and replaced with working oil temp, oil pressure and boost gauge, windows switches moved to door handles and space has volt meter in place.
OMP gear knob and adaptor

i think thats it all...........

Re: UPdated Cinq Turbo pics plus spec list...

Forgot to say its not finished, as i want to get the seats retrimmed with black leather bolsters and blue leather centres and rear to match, but after that not sure really if there is anything that i want to do to it.

Aaron.

Loving the matt black or flocked ECU (y) and your engine bay is soooooo bling!

The ECU and cam cover are both done with wrinkle finish paint from http://www.frost.co.uk/item_Detail.asp?productID=8219 makes a really good finish on par with the factory finish on my integrale cam cover, an oven is needed to cure it tho.

what sort of bhp and 0-62 figures are we looking at here?

Gota say its a lovely example, about the first cinq ive actually though was decent (y)

It goes back on rolling road in two weeks to set it up now the fuelling has been taken care of, but its estimated to give out 120-130bhp same again in torque, and 0-62 times i would imagine are about low 7's maybe less, hard to tell but i had no problems in it before easily seeing off many a bigger supposedly faster car before, should be even more entertaining now.

Re: UPdated Cinq Turbo pics plus spec list...

I keep on remembering extra things doen to it but I can't edit now, but its also has a Putno 75 cam shaft, and a blue anodised Piper Vernier Pully wheel currecntly set to 2degrees retard as turbo cars like the timing slightly retarded.

Oh and Denso iridium plugs, phew.........

Always loved this car, its a truely lovely example.. Bay looking much more tidy since last time i saw it, good job Aaron (y)

Just a few ideas, How about smoothing the abarth kit in, and maybe some arch extensions (are they hormann, can't remember), some new flush door handles..
Also me thinks that white bolsters on the seats with blue inserts would match the car better, more of a b*st*rd to keep clean but would look amazing IMO

Cheers mate,

The rear bumper has had the join smoothed tho i wanted the step to still be visible as the front bumper has it and it all ties up, the hole is modified as its very untidy when you look at it normally as they leave the standard bumper underneath and don't cut any away, I cut a large section out of the standard bumper so i could fit the s/s mesh flush on the Abarth apron and the shape of the hole now replicates the front bumper whereas before it didn't. I would never smooth in bumpers as I like to be able to take things off for access.

Arch extensions, maybe there are Abarth ones which matches rest of kit, but unless they came up cheap I'll probably not bother.

Yeah white bolsters is an idea, tho don't know if its a bit in yer face for me, leather is easy to keep clean if you treat if correctly, I have champagne leather in the integrale which is pretty light coloured.

I can see what you saying there mate, perhaps white piping on the seats then to keep the whole blue white thing going throughout. Also if you really wanna go for it, blur leather dashboard would be the b*ll*cks ;)
