yea i was going to say the same, i would love to have this car, but the first thing i would do is get rid of the light brows and covers, they just look cheap imo..

How come the abarth one doesn't have an abarth spoiler?

nice cars tho :D

I bet that novitec kit would put my vanaaken one to shame :(

Does it run low compression pistons then? or thicker head gasket?

Nice car, i see from one of the pics you are running a fuel pressure regulator, in fact it looks like an rising rate FSE PowerBoost valve (i run something similar but made by SARD you can see it in my car thread), did you also uprate the fuel pump?

I can't tell frand I hope that if you are using a2nd injector for the turbo? If so it needs to be plumbed in series as ifs its not you will only get the pressure thats set from the throttle body top as the fuel will always go for the easiest route. Standard regulator is found on front of throttle body in front of injector, has a wax sealed 3mm Allen bolt in it, pic out wax and turn clockwise to increase pressure, I foun dthat you can get up to 1.8bar from it as once you get to about 2bar it locks out and has no more travel left.

So you need to go to 2nd injector first then the pressure regulator, then the return from that goes to throttle body for primary injector and then returned to tank.

Tho to look closer it looks like its only the single injector, does this provide enough fuel for your requiremnts as I worked out its at 100% duty cycle at about 85bhp on a N/A car?

Excellent work tho, even if i am asking lots of questions...

the abarth spoiler is the same spoiler as the purple abarth from my sister.
the turbo runs with low compression pistons.

i use a bosch 5bar fuel pump and have 1injector. i don't use the standard regulator. only the fse powerboost valve. my fuel pressure is 1.2bar but when turbo kicks in 1.9bar.
and i use a punto 75 38mm throttlebody.

I use a Walbro pump from a 2.9L V6 Ford unit that can deliver upto 5bar, but I run the standard injector @1.4Bar and a Bosch 355 light green injector normally found on Cosworths running 2.5 bar rising upto 3bar on boost. I just can't see how a single injector which on a N/A car is at 100% duty cycle @ approx 90bhp delivers enough fuel to run your car as its only a 300cc injector.

To give you an example the 355 injector I run is 300cc and is good for about 280bhp in a Ford Cosworth so thats 4 cylinders each running 70bhp, above this you move to 833 injector which are 370cc.

I'm not saying it doesn't work, I just don't understand why it works without being very lean as to get the power you do you must be running some boost, for example 1bar boost against 1.9bar fuel pressure equals only 0.9bar of fuel pressure as the fuel had to fight against the inlet pressure, so very poor spray pattern.
