Punto (Mk2/2b) Comments on my punto please!

Introduction

Thought i'd post some photos of my little punto

Behold the power of the 80BHP 16v Engine!

Its not bad for my first car to be honest.

Comments good and bad accepted!

Also im a bit rusty on my valuations, so i looked on parkers and was amazed at what i found. However i would like fellow Fiat forum users to give me a honest valuation of my car.

Cheers,
Steven.
F**k me your just round the corner....I like the punto very stylish unfortunately when selling not worth much, but when buying costs the earth

My daughter bought a 54 active sport last aug in red, 8v though. I like it and it's a cracking little car, unfortunately she's not treated it very well and doesn't look like this any more

Fair enough, i nearly cried when i scraped mine down a brick wall, i must admit mine aint kept clean on the inside all the time, but its my pride and joy

hello Alan.

OMG:eek: i cant belive this. When i was looking for a Punto i actually looked at the red 8V model, shown in your picture. Which i believe if im right was parked on trumpet terrace! and decided i wanted a 16v in red after seeing urs, but i couldnt find one.

I live in cleator moor but decided to put my address on FF as being from Whitehaven cos i thought no1 would know where Cleator Moor is!

The amount of times ive been behind this car!
- On the friz back road towards whitehaven
- and driving alongside it on the one-way-road nr the paul jones!

I remember, when i just passed my driving test and was driving my dads Ford Mondeo 2.0 (my Punto's even faster than that going down parkside road, on full chatt! ) i was going back home after spending some time at my grandmas house, and indicated to turn right up jacktrees road, seen your punto and flashed (with headlights:D ) you out. i couldn't keep my eyes on the road cos i was too busy looking at the punto! (in may sometime i think)

I bought the car privately from workington and now get it serviced at keswick. The staff there have ALWAYS, ALWAYS managed to fit me in if anything is wrong with my car.(Recomended)

anyway to cut a v. long story short if i didnt get my punto when i did, i would have waited till a red one was on sale in the paper!

only downside is the insurance for me:(

will probably see ur daughters little punto flying around west cumbria!

Steven.

She stayed in trumpet terrace for a few months and moved to frizz, she works in elderly care and clocks up loads of miles, 19000 since she got the car  but a lot of that was showing off when she got it and then hanging about with the wrong crowd which was the start of the cars demise. But she's moved on now so hopefully the car may get a bit more care as time goes on.

I'm supprised you haven't seen my panda about the area as I'm in cleator moor often. If you see it give us a flash I'll do likewise, I could also be in one of these....

I live out Bigrigg way.
