wicked idea, but those steelies don't look 'tough' enough in my opinion, if that makes sense.

they should really fill the arches up / have the same presence as a set of alloys IMO, so you get the rally slag look as opposed to granny on way to safeways look

i don't like the black wheel look - it always seems to look like you've lost the hubcaps!

That and you always have to black your tires - else the tires look old and cheap!

What about white?!

Have you see the boot build i've started ? (in the ice section - under fiberglass sub box build)

Well when i saw the name of this thread i thought this ones going to look a shocker..............but hey im pleasantly surprised, they look miles better than what youd think painted steelies would......good work

i was contemplating putting something wider under the arches, the front looks tough as f*ck but from the side it looked a bit mince, maybe it was just me!

i had it all planned out in my head before i had to sell... dark / anthracite rims, black lexus' (pending on the quality of the build and the tacky factor), somehow smoked headlights (whether this was possible i do not know), and some motorsport wing mirrors.

but hey man it's your car now, i'm so glad i sold it to you to be honest because you seem to have your head screwed on in terms of mods!

I like your opinion though mate - love the style of the car date and i'd like to know where you were going with it!
