Technical timing setting on doblo 7 seater 2006 1.4

first thread here

having a doblo with timing settings wrong

staying in ghana no fitter here is capable to put the time settings correctly

have seen the mark on the crankshaft but dont see any ane the valve shaft
does anyone know how to put the time settings correctly
