hi! i'm Dennis from holland,
and this is my mk2b (1.4 16v 2004).

dit some small modifications

-ta-technix coilovers
-16' 7.5j wheels with 175/50/16 front/205/45/16 back
-5mm spacers from a alfa 155 on the back (otherwise tire hits the shock bolt).

had a flat tyre at the back... so i did order 175/50/16 for the back as wel.
when i put the new tyres , i also going to set the coilovers on te back as low as possible

uhm no.....
when i bought my wheels the had this size:


-2x 215/40/16
-2x 205/45/16


215 is way 2 big, 205 should fit, and the profile was good.


thats why i set them on the back of my punto.


i allready did a order for the same size as the front, so i can go lower a the back

205 is too wide for a punto
Not enough weight to .make tyres grip.....

195 is used along with stock 185

i allready have a new pair of tyres at home (175/50/16, same as the front)..


i like streched tyre's.
so i can lower my punto much more at the back

I’m runnning 205/45 ZR16 with 10mm spacers on the rear. Goes fine. No rubbing on full steering lock either

God no
Wouldn't even ride in something that had stretched tyre's in how it hasn't been banned I'll never know

your car is not lowered??

It's probably to do with the offset of the wheels.

Looking good, like the red wheels.


I had 8j wheels with 20mm spacers all round and was lowered 50mm. Tyres were 175/50/15s so had a bit of stretch to keep the tyre tread inside the arch.

so is sold my red wheels... and bought a nice set of black 16" stilo wheels!
the fit perfect. (with 3 mm spacers on the back)



also removed the coilover rings on the back, so the car is lower


also busy with alfa 147 seats! fitted the front... the back will follow soon, need some modification

i also did some welding on the back seat.


now i have the front and back seat from a alfa 147 fitted


the wheels are nice, someone sprayed them very bad black...
i will restore them, en spray them purple of red this winter.
