Hi Guys

The only thing I've really done to it is put lower, stiffer springs in, FIAT told me that this voids the warranty with regard to suspension and running gear, so I have done it at my own risk, I just don't want to push it any further as the warranty is a nice commodity, and as you know, with FIATs probably worth its weight in gold as they aren't the most reliable cars in the world.

Dave, I take it you didn't like the BOYRACER comment, but there are ways of styling your car and ways of not, if you know what I mean, it's called styling, not tackying, like whacking a great big surf board across the rear of your motor and calling it a spoiler, what's all that about when the standard spoiler looks perfect? I'm not talking about you personally, I'm just saying that some people get confused with their styling and watch too many movies!

Keep it simple and classy is my motto, not cheap and tacky!

Emm im afraid im with the boys on this one, you can mod to the eye-balls but it could just look tacky, little but simple is the best way.
Then leave them standing with your knockout driving the [8D] factor is better than the [xx(] factor.

Hia, i'm new around here.... escaped from www.My-Sei.com I think there's a place on the road for both standard car's (if in A1 condition i.e concours) and modified car's if it done tastefully and to improve on the standard.
If the modification detract from the standard refinement's of the car then what's the point.

It's all a personal thing.

At the end of the day, it is a fact that standard cars look the same, they are desinged to look the same. No argument.

Theres nothing wrong with modifying your car, it isnt just to improve the looks, handling or whatever, its to add a bit of character and individuality to your little baby.

In this argument, Im with Emm, there is nothing at all wrong with modding your car and spending time and money over doing so. Its just your way of loving your car!
