Technical Heavy duty shocks and springs

Hi all..
Iam new here so like to say hi to all..
I would like to put heavy-duty springs all round or just on the rear. As I want to be able to take a heavyer load.. anyone have any ideas.. I have seen springs for a seicento van.. are they the same for the hatch back. Or are they can they take more weight.

Any help would be great.

what about trying the spring assisters that you can get for cars that tow caravans or trailers? they can then be removed easily if you want to use the car for normal use.
