Stilo My second Stilo (Schumacher)

Introduction

Picked up an absolute bargain yesterday- Stilo Schumacher GP no 035.

I flew from NI to the mainland yesterday, sat on public transport for 6 hours, drove her back to Liverpool (gingerly) and finally got home this morning. Needless to say I really wanted a Schumacher.

I've got a long to do list made-

Coil packs
Oil filter
Oil
Spark plugs
Air filter
Thermostat
Temp sensor
Coolant
Cam belt kit
Aux belt
Tyres
Tracking
Grease gear linkages
Central locking - fuel cap doesn't lock
Radio popping
Clean AICV
Filler cap strap

Some I know needs done, some is just for my own piece of mind. I'd best get stuck in, so I'll just leave this here for now :)
It's all go with the new Schumi. So far I've sorted

5 ignition coils
Thermostat
Coolant
Cam belt kit
Aux belt
Alternator belt
Tyres - 4 x Toyo Proxes T1 Sport
Tracking
Brake fluid

When I bought her the seller mentioned a few issues with running that were all sorted with new coils as suspected so the engine is silky smooth again. Not very interesting but she's running better and better each day.

This shot of old / new brake fluid should give an idea of how much she's been neglected :(

Hi, I just bought one from Derby also and drove it back to limerick! Gingerly , mine is heavily modified running around 210 bhp, someone at some point has spend thousands on it, beautiful car

Soil the bed! I've seen a few things in my years but I've never seen brake fluid go that colour.

My eyes were drawn to the pic before I'd read the text and I honestly thought you were going to say that was some manky oil you'd dragged from somewhere.

Nice one. Have the internals been upgraded? These blocks don't take too well to more power!

It's nuts, isn't it!? I've neglected a few cars but never seen that either. Good thing I wanted a project :D

Hi, I'm not sure what exactly has been done, I'll post some pictures, re-map and induction kit under the bonnet from the receipts, I've had a coupe of Abarth's but this feels much much quicker, I'm no machanic so any help on mods etc, have a look at the under the bonnet and tell me what you see, and other upgrades available or is 200-210bhp max from this engine

Can't seem to upload pictures well, not very good at navigating around this site, should be more pictures in my gallery

Looks nice man, liking them wheels. Are they Abarth badges on the sideskirts in place of the Schumacher originals? They're missing on mine, just been quoted £75 for a replacement pair...

Yes Abarth badges, the side skirts must of been changed as the schumacher has different, the abarth badge is embed in the skirt, not a sticker
