apart from all the little flies they attract in summer with being looking like a great big sunflower

you also forgot to mention it gets dirty as soon as you show it a road
...note mine is also yellow......it is however dead easy to find when you park it anywhere

Not had 2 pannel vans park either side of you then?
I know roughly where it is otherwise
Yellow is the best - There known as Yellow Perrill from the Older days - and they still are
got the reliable 1.2 8v? or the sport 1.2 16v / 1.4 16v?

He might even have HGT 1.9 L MultiJet diesel engine or HGT 1.8 L 16v petrol engine (although he did say it's his 1st car, and they would probably kill on insurance)
If he has the 1.2 8v (like mine) then they are pretty trouble free. 16 Months of heavy mileage (24000 of them) all i've had to do is 2 clutches (previous job was hard on clutches) and a 2 new sets of front tyres...Oh and a Thermostat.
1st Clutch was done not long after i got the car so not down to me, 23000 on 2nd clutch wasn't great but like i say my job was hard on clutches, lot of stopping and starting and local running about
