Panda 2012+ New Panda Cross

Hi Crossman. Looking at your photo does this mean that, as a Cross owner, I can park anywhere?!?!?!

And this is one of it doing what it does best!

Definitely get a few crosses here in Sheff. Can't say I've seen a yellow one yet though. Quite a few 4x4s bobbing around too, one of which is mine

Hi all,

There is something so moorish about a Red Panda Cross. I have seen one close up and it just sits on the road beautifully somehow. The challenge is getting hold of one secondhand…

Entering “For Sale Red Fiat Panda Cross 95bhp” in a search engine so as to narrow down the results doesn’t seem to work very well. Perhaps from the forum comments I detect that the Cross version in red and with the 95bhp Multi-Jet may be as rare as rocking horse droppings.

Apparently, a disguised prototype 2017 model has been seen in Italy and the only upgrade rumours that I have heard are that the entertainment pack is to be enhanced. A sun roof would be nice together with the winter pack as standard to which I would like to add a tow bar. The Cross that I have seen is a lovely deep red, richer than Alfa red to which I am also partial.

So, I am yet to join you happy owners here and I have fashioned my username as an aspiration. However, comments about towing a caravan with a Panda and winter weather plus off-road triumphs would be of interest to me.

Keep trying mate, I'm sure you'll get the one you want, the red is s great colour, they can also tow small caravans!

A couple more pics today. The last one is the yellow I would have preferred! There is a Fiat 500 in more or less this colour

Just got mine on Friday, loving it. I was a bit concerned about the throaty noise like a leaky exhaust on acceleration but believe this is normal.

I've been asked several times by passengers, "Is it supposed to make that funny noise?"

My wife was (typically) less complimentary: "What's with all that din when you accelerate?"

Saw a black Cross on my way home tonight,the first since I posted about how many I'd seen, that'll teach me.

First proper trip this weekend, a quick hit-and-run to the Brecon Beacons. And I saw another Panda Cross! A white one, probably somewhere near Stow-on-the-Wold.

P.S. No, I did not drive it up there. But I did get to drive it on lots of mud, lots of leaves and even some slushy snow this morning!

Hoping for some snow up the Beacons so I can finally get my Cross out in the white stuff after almost 2 years of ownership. It's a 15 min drive to the Rhigos, Black or Bwlch mountains.

We live less than a mile from the sea so temperatures are warmer here.

I wonder, would a 56ºNORD fit on the Panda.

I don't see why not, although I went with a more utalitarian approach and chose an uprack to be able to mount auxilliary lighting. I would like to continue in this direction, has anybody seen a lift kit and winch bumper kit for the Cross?
