General First bagged blue gp?

Hello all

Well today I'm pleased to announce I have ordered my airlift 3p air ride suspension for my Grande punto. I will be fitting it this week hopefully and she will be sitting pretty on her bags got the corsa d hpdrive shocks for mega lows can't wait going to be a fun week.

On a side note how many bagged grandes are on here ?

How did you find the right kit? I want to bag mine, but no one seems to have kit available. Must be a pricey endeavour. I need to save up too, I suppose!

If you go on plush they have it it's not cheap cost me just about what I paid for the car but any bags that are made for a corsa d with fit a Grande as they are the same chassis their will be a build log of sorts but it's going to be on fiat Scotland as I'm a part of them I'm trying to drum up some intrest on instagram follow me @loweredpunto I can give you a discount code for my sponsor if you do ?

So if I can find a car sharing my platform I should be good? Might look into it a bit more then. I'd be okay with even a really basic setup. Who's your insurer?

Yeah I've gone for the latest and greatest management from airlift but that's the easy bit it's getting the shocks/bags that's the issue for me not too bad as I know that all 4 struts are shared by the corsa d and the Grande and we all know everyone who owns a corsa wants too bag it.

My insurance is with lv need to speak too them.

As for price I was £3,400 but I know I can keep the management and reuse it just not the struts which are 1500 for a set on average.

I suppose. I know that it's possible to fabricate your own, a la Stanceworks, so that might be an option too I suppose. Not sure what insurers would think though.

Unfortunately, not many bagged 500's/any in this country AFAIK.

Might look at LV. They were really expensive last year, and wouldn't touch me with mods declared, but might look again this year.

Got the air ride today got most of the stuff installed including manifold compressor tank and remote so all that's left is the bags and the lines that go to the bags

Btw, there's no reason you can't copy and paste the info from your build thread on FS into here. It's what we used to do when we were working on the pick-up and Yellow.

You never know, we might even start doing so again if we get going with Yellow next year. Plans in the pipeline and all that
