Hi, new here, so please bear with me. Firstly I bought a 1999 scudo combi taxi 1.9.
It was originaly converted by Jubilee, ( it carries the badge at the front. )
I'm home converting it into a camper van, after painstakingly removing the steel bulkhead, swivel chair and ancillary chairs, ( all of which I still have )
My questions are :- How do I get it changed from commercial to campervan ?
Also, there is a heck of a lot of ancillary wiring that I have no idea goes to what. has any member got any ideas?
thanks

Off the top of my head, you'll need a permanent cooking facility and water supply to have the paperwork changed, but there are literally loads of websites that will take you through that side of things (search for 'homebuilt camper').

Wiring wise, if you don't feel able to track the wires and find out exactly what they are, pay someone to do it! There'll likely be loads of live feeds in the rats nest, so at least if you get them properly checked and labelled it'll be both safe and might save you a fortune in the long run when you want to add interior lights, rear power for things like inverters and all manner of 12v goodies if you go down that route.

For the basic stuff, take a look at my old build diary - it might give you a couple of pointers ......

Why not try contacting converters...always found director Mike Holland very helpful
