Well on a daily basis my EML will come on for a while flashing and then go off!
- it seems to happen more when the engines working hard... e.g high speeds and high revs..




Had diagnostics done by fiat saying a misfire in cylinders 1 and 2


- As Fiat suggested has Spark plugs done and had it reset..


this didn't cure it.. so as Fiat suggested had the coil pack changed and all reset again... well that worked for about 7 miles..


Had another diagnostics done, still telling me the same message.


(so far all the repairs have been done by my local fiat (Crawley down) and paid for by the Trader I bought it off)


None of us have any ideas whats causing this any ideas anyone?

Were the leads replace with the coil pack?

Could it be the engine needs re calibrating after a cambelt change, I read this on here not sure if what I'm say is accurate

ohh it could be that I suppose!
Before I bought it from the trade centre garage, they paid a garage down their way to do the cambelt.. the people who did the cambelt and water pump looking at the receipt seem to be a tyre specialist so they may have not done that!
