Hi. I have a Ulysse mark 1, 2003. Replacinng timing belt. Have found slot on fly wheel, where are the marks on the pulley I can find no hole to insert timing locking tool on timing pulley which looks nothing like that in the works manual
The OP doesn't state the engine type fitted to his car. For the 16V 2.0 JTD (diesel) there is a cut-out slot on the boss of the camshaft to which the camshaft toothed pulley is bolted. The timing tool (or suitable diameter drill) goes through this slot into a timing hole in the cylinder head when the crankshaft is at the correct timing position.
