Grande Punto My 1.9 Sporting

Introduction

Here is my GP Sporting 1.9 m-jet. Bought it last month last month to replace my Astra SRi 2.2. Miss her like mad but needed something less heavy on the wallet, but something with a bit of poke :)

I was initially amazed by the diesel engine (wheelspin in 3rd!) but now I'm used to it I'm wanting a bit more :D Mpg isnt as good as I imagined when driving sensibly, 40-42 average, but get a bit more (45ish) when doing longer runs. Maybe just needs a good service.

Had a few niggles so far but I'm working my way through them (slowly lol), and hoping to do a few mods...

So far I've added heko wind deflectors (although one flew off), footwell led's, new pollen filter, new discs and pads on the rears and currently got a cone induction kit on, as I had one in the garage thought I'd give it a try whilst its cold out. Must say I love the whine and tssshh noise but I think the best bet is a decent panel filter for overall performance?

Plans?

Got some pressed plates to go on and a set of fitted mats and mudguards in the post (the photo shows how badly theyre needed!)

Then hopefully:
Remap
Lower
Abarth headlights
Blank egr (or at least clean)
Cupra splitter
Debadged grill
Debadge 'punto' and remove the smiley face :)
And then clean lol.

Will update with some better pics once she's clean.
