I am Santhosh from Chennai. I like Fiat Car very much, because of engine performance, efficiency and long life. Also I came to know about VST Motors, and their 100 Years of service in the market. I trusted VST Motors, Chennai. So, I decided to do purchase from VST Motors, Chennai.

I have booked Fiat Linea Dynamic, HIP HOP BLACK Color on 11th February, 2013 at VST Motors, Chennai. Initially the sales process started by the sales executive. After the booking done, another sales executive taken care of my purchase, everything was good at the time sale. As per the terms VST Motors sales people gave some discount for the below mentioned reasons:
• Due to Black (Hip Hop Black) color (Very slow moving color)
• VST Motors and Fiat Separation, VST Motors wanted to clear all the Fiat Vehicles (Clearance)
I have made the complete payment on 22nd February, 2013 as sales executive promised, the vehicle has been delivered on 27th February, 2013 around 8:30 PM. Next day morning only I have noticed there is a problem in Left Rear Door. I assumed it could be minor since this is my first Car, so I have no idea about car’s mechanism and other details. Then I have cross checked with the Car mechanic, then the mechanic asked that “is this second hand car”, I was shocked, and asked him, then the mechanic also identified the same and he said heavy damage must be rectified and repainted with the local paints. There are lots of dots also I found there is no proper three step opening in the left rear door. The left rear door is not performing like other doors.

I have approached VST Motors Showroom, Mount road; but, simply they are redirecting me to VST Motors Service center, in the service center person completely denied to look My Fiat Linea (so called brand new) Car which I have purchased from VST Motors, Chennai. He explained that there is no more relationship with Fiat Cars so he blindly refused to do any further clarification or resolution. But again they redirected me to newly opened Fiat Showroom, but I have not accepted to go Fiat. I told him clearly, I have purchased my car from VST Motors, Chennai; I have made the payment against VST Motors only. Then why I should go to Fiat for your (VST Motors, Chennai) mistake. After the discussion, I accepted to visit RDC-Fiat, Chennai and the same I visited RDC-Fiat Service center at Ekkattuthangal, Chennai. But, RDC-Fiat people checked and they accepted the issue, but they said this issue should be addressed by VST Motors and asked me to go VST Motors. Again I came to VST Motors service center. But, they (VST Motors, Chennai) are continuously asking me to go RDC-Fiat Showroom and get it done, which was created lots of pain. These people bounced me like a ball from hear there. Really, I am fed-up with this VST Motors and RDC-Fiat.

(Note: After concern raised with VST Motors Higher officials, Chennai, they rectified only the painting work. They repainted the Left Rear Door.)

Still there are lots of issues unaddressed.

0. When I bought the New Car there are full Rust in the Car Key.
1. No Seats was covered with Plastic covers in this new Car, when I bought. Normally all the brand new car will have this plastic cover.
2. No Proper Three steps in the Left rear door.
3. There is a problem in Diesel tank mouth.

I need a proper judgment on this from VST Motors, Chennai and Fiat-India.
