I'm always amazed by the fact these are front drive only....dunno why but somehow seems ridiculous.

Surprisingly, we haven't been in a situation where it's got stuck yet. It's taken on some mighty hills, with the front tyres smoking, but always got there. It's 5.5t gross too!!

Our local bus service uses the most recent ones, and I've seen them tackle icy hills I wouldn't dare. Not saying I don't think it would work its more the fact that as you look at it, the first foot or so is where all the motive power is and everything else is just being dragged along behind which boggles the mind somewhat when you get to something of that size!
