Fingers - That is how I found this forum.
I have the Seic 1.1 8v engine (54BHP I believe) in there at the moment but I bought a 16V engine from e-bay for £22.00!!!
I will have a Winter project tuning it up before doing the engine swap (mountings are the same) so I googlewacked the interwebs looking for experts
It seems I found them - and jolly nice chaps too

I used to use a bike in the winter - So this is warmer for me and less likely to dump me on my a*se in the ice.
With no bodywork any "snow assisted hedge visits" will cost nothing as there will be no bodywork to damage.
Also if the worst happens mine is fitted with a 3 ton winch so I can pull myself out !!!

the forum is the main reason i have not moved on from fiats in nearly 10 years of owning one - clearly i like the cars too but there is just not another forum with the same community spirit of FF, not that i have ever come across anyway.

tbf, alfaowner is pretty good forum as well but in general car forums are full of idiots endlessly arguing over hows led washer jets are the best
The mercedes forums (i had the vito and quite a few other mercs in family) are complete rubbish, every single problem seems to be met with pay someone to read the codes and then pay someone to fix it, very few people with dirty fingers.
