Grande Punto My Red Grande T-Jet (Daisy)

Introduction

I fell in love with it when i first saw it and knew it had to be mine.
Ive done a few small mods since owning it.
Xenon look headlight bulbs
Abarth mats
Yatour music changer
Chrome indicator bulbs in the headlights and side repeaters to get rid of the fried egg look
Forge motorsport induction kit
Powerflow backbox
De-wipered, de-badged

Im a big fan of keeping the car clean as well.
Future mods are coilovers and some different wheels.
Re-vinyl the A and B pillars as they are awful.
Vinyl the numberplate bit between the grills.

Anyhow, pictures from when i first got it, to now. (Nothings changed really  )
Car is in the garage as we speak! Never had any suspension done by a garage so its a relief to know i dont have to use my spare time! Very well trusted garage to me as well so i know they will do a good job!
Cant wait to see it!

Right all done! Obviously still needs to settle a little but the handling has improved ten fold! Its unreal how flat it is through corners now and the pitch and roll is reallly reduced! Really happy with it!

Backs probably a bit lower than it should be as its got the old suspension in the back!

Indeed i was, standard springs and shocks. Its a little firmer over bumpy roads but its not unbearable, i like my cars like that though haha. Just got a few more pics.
Cars filthy and needs cleaning! Coming upto 3 weeks now :(

Sat perfect! The old suspension has been taken out the back now!

Eibach's will make the ride harder, and little more uncomfy. When i first had mine lowered on them i couldn't believe the difference in driving, the lumps and bumps really weren't very different. At first.

Little over a year on, i must admit you will feel the bumps. After 12 months of it you'll notice it more, as initially your so in love with the new experience. Definitely worth it though, and i'd highly recommend it!

Oh and Sweex, this is sitting so pretty now, you could almost swear its on coilies it looks that good. What a difference a great big hunking Sporting makes to a little 1.4 8v petrol on Eibachs though!

Wisey mine isnt on eibachs? Its on a full h&r setup? Springs and shocks! I take it youre on stock shocks and eibachs? If you are the extra strain on the shocks will wear them out quicker and thats why its more uncomfortable?

Haha! I was going to get coilovers but i had them on ky last punto and kept putting it lower and lower. I had to grow up a bit as i want to keep this car and not ruin the underside by scraping everywhere!
Thanks though bud, im really happy with how its sat, perfect for me! :)

I appear to have misread something somewhere (y)

Haha you may well have done!
Finally washed the car after 3 weeks (like a year in my books) and im much happier now. Also got a sticker with my suspension so put that on haha!
