Love it It looks identical to my March '92 registered Dance so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread. Glad to see that at least two of the remaining 30-odd Dance models are being looked after

Sorry for the delay but last night I didn't have any trousers on.
Fortunately tonight I have.
I went and looked and the mileage is not yet 37000.

Did a satisfying little job tonight.
The passenger door literally sprang open as soon as the door button was pushed and it was difficult to shut, which probably explained why the interior door handle was almost completely off.
I've had this before, it is when the bottom door hinge bends slightly. I can only imaging this happens when the door is flung open against the stop.

You might be able to see where the hinge part which the door pin passes through isn't level with the reast of the bracket.
Anthow I changed it for a second hand one and now the door is a delight to use.
Unfortunately the damage has already been done

I'm guessing that the hinge was also creating a stress point down the edge of the door as you can see some ruty bubbles. Guess I'll have to investigate

Thinking I may have to sell this on. No time to refurb the wheels etc. Too many projects.

I will happily buy the dashboard upholstery along with the door cards and possibly rear seat...

Hmm no so much an ad as a late night coming to terms with some certain realities of life which are so much clearer when soaked in alcohol and sitting in the peace of ones own space in the peace and quiet that only deep meditation can sufficiently allow. Although lager helps.
