Three month no production to fix door handles? They must be revising them then. Anyone have knowledge on this?
 
Have you got your cars yet? I got a fiat 500 colour therapy in yellow just a few weeks ago and love it. Mine was already to go from another showroom so I didn't have waiting to do. I love it. Lovely to drive.

Still waiting........
Was at status 30 this week.....
Then Yesterday, status 40 :thumbup: car arrived at docks in UK.... Dealer pushing for delivery to them, hopefully by next Friday, 3rd May.. Then to Us!

Hi, how I envy you, yours are so close. Just ordered our new 500s, tech house grey manual. Dealer has emailed this week to say delivery will be 9-12 weeks but he tells us that is likely to change and 12 weeks usually becomes much less. Hope so, excited already, cant stop looking at it on the configurator.

UPDATE.. Last Friday, 26th same here status 40 ... Dealer pushed to Status 45 Monday morning....just waiting now for Car to be transported to Dealer.... Fingers crossed This Friday! ? ! ? If not, after Bank Holiday.. :-/

There is no set time from dock to dealer, it can take anything from a day or two, to weeks. It'll be with you when it's with you and the dealer will have little/no idea till it arrives.
 
Yeah the dealer told me that mine was in the country, he thought it would be with them at the end of next week.

I bet there all together for the last time before they get separated!(n)

Getting a bit sad to say goodbye to my 1.2 sport. Its been fantastic!(y)

Just hoping ours was last unloaded, so first to be in the Transportation Q. ! :-D
How long does the dealer have it once they actually receive delivery?
 
Saw a transporter load of Fiats going up the M6 through Staffordshire yesterday (Tuesday). It was mostly 500s and around 3 of them looked to be 500S's, mostly dark/grey colours, complete with darker chrome - so there are some coming through.

Saw another transporter load of Fiats going up the M6 again tonight but only spotted the green Panda 4x4 as I was southbound and the transporter was northbound.

Seems Fiat are shifting a few cars at the minute so i'm sure those 500S's will be with dealers soon, but as Maxi says, the timescales are variable from order to order, from dealer to dealer. However, usually when a dealer receives a car they'll want to get it out to the customer as soon as possible to either get payment or to make space.

Received another email with update from Dealer last night...

I would be surprised if your car was on one of those transporters. :)
We have been told today to expect your delivery along with other 500s’ we have on order next weekend (11th/12th). If it is here next weekend we will PDI the car on the Monday and you can have it Monday evening.

Omg, another week wait.. :eek:

Hi Hayley, Just joined today. My 500S is due 20th May. I also reside in Chester! I've always had mini cooper s's so can't wait to have one of these for a change!
 
I managed to findwhat i think is a cancelled order in Aylesbury 2 weeks ago. It's got full leather so paid the extra as I'd get this one quicker. Must be a cancellation. I've heard all about the chrome supplier issue going down the pan so thought I'd snap this one up else I was looking at August!
