I had a MK2B before this so you might have seen me about in the MK2/MK2B section, but I have been saving and looking for my perfect Grande for ages now, and this one came up for sale on Thursday and I bought it Friday!

Anyway here are some pics of the car when I went to test drive it:

I pick the car up on Friday, think I'm gonna go mad waiting that long!

Anyway the only plans I have so far are some small modifications as I am now broke after buying the car. Ahhhh

I must admit I was looking at an orange one but it was just too far away!

And cheers mate, for now ive just ordered some wind deflectors and a debadged grill, but when my bank recovers from buying the car i may consider some bigger mods for it

Also just on a side note: Does anyone know how to get a picture at the side of my thread in the members motors section? Ive noticed some have one and some dont.

Nice GP. Welcome to the family. And in response to Jordan92, orange/red is the best colour for a GP. Both the best two colours IMO (yes orange swings it in the slightest margin), but not by much.

And as far as the picture on the thread goes its selected randomly from those hosted in the thread. To the best of my knowledge, anyway.

Nice car mate, still miss my red T-Jet. Defo one of the better colour's but now i have an Abarth and you know what they say 'Once you've had black, you'll never go back!' (s**t hope that doesn't sound too gay... LOL)

Anyway's defo need to get the rear 3 tinted, really improves the look of the car.

I'm not quite sure what to say to that, and yes it did sound pretty gay!

What I should have said was black on red looks great but for me the full stealth black on black has won me over.:yum:

Well i picked the car up from the dealer this afternoon and ive been driving around since then!

The car is amazing! So nice to drive compared to my old mk2, the power is nice too! :yum:

Hated watching my old car drive away though

Will get some pics posted up tomorrow!
