Grande Punto ElliottMK2B's Grande Punto Sporting T-Jet!

Introduction

Hi everyone!

I have just bought myself a Grande Punto Sporting T-Jet that I am in love with! :woot:

I had a MK2B before this so you might have seen me about in the MK2/MK2B section, but I have been saving and looking for my perfect Grande for ages now, and this one came up for sale on Thursday and I bought it Friday! :D

Anyway here are some pics of the car when I went to test drive it:

I pick the car up on Friday, think I'm gonna go mad waiting that long!

Anyway the only plans I have so far are some small modifications as I am now broke after buying the car. Ahhhh

Hope you like it, and I look forward to being part of the Grande community!

Elliott. :)

Here's my new induction that I forgot to mention in the previous post! And also my clean engine bay that I'm proud of: ;)

And here's a quick pic of it at Stanford:

Also, on a side note, it nearly got onto the 20th anniversary Punto display as the Grande that was meant to be in the display was late, but he arrived with minutes to spare! Wisey RuSZ Reuuk

Yeah apologies for that. Was a minor blemish on an otherwise flawless performance for this event from us all.

Car is lookin' slick too mate. Glad you could make it :)

So I haven't updated this thread for a while, and not a great deal of things has changed really. But I have got some pressed plates which I think look great! :)

Next up on the list is getting the wheels done in black, and maybe getting the rear three tinted! :)

Anyway here's a pic of how she stands currently:

They certainly do! I've been looking to get some like these for a while now, where'd you get these? And have the got the postcode and all other legalities on?

I got them off eBay, I just typed in pressed plates and it was one of the first ones that came up, the sellers shop was called tnw signs I think! He does one with the gb sign on the side and one plain one, I chose the plain one! :) And yeah they are legal and conform to BSAU145d. :)
