I'm looking for some special help on my multipla bi-power. A couple weeks ago I just had the fiat-garage to replace the camshaft belt. after this the engine was not running smoothly. Also before the engine sometimes showed slightly signs of "jumping" while running. After replacing the camshaft-belt the engine died sometimes when stopping at a trafic light in the NCG-Mode. In both modes, NCG- and Fuel-mode it didn't run smooth. So again I went to the FIAT-Garage were the engine was diagnosed as bad, so now I have a brand-new one. But I'm still unhappy because it still showes the same signs and sometimes it dies. It loooks like it is running only on 3 and a half cylinders and the engine can be seen running not smoothly, kind of vibrations which are not normal for a correct adjusted 4 cylinder engine. If I switch from Fuel-to NCG-Mode it's getting more worse.
I went again to the FIAT-Garage, but the DIAGS looks OK, all parameters look normal. No problem found, but they confirmed the ablormal running engine, but they have no clue what the problem might be.
I checked the sensors, motor -temp=OK, cooler-temp=OK, the sensor for the ignition-timing should be OK, otherwhise the engine wouldn't work at all.
The lamda-sensor is OK, the CAT is new, was replaced whith the engine.
The ACC-Sensor seems to work OK too.
So I thouhgt that there might be a leake in the intake stroke and I sprayed all the sealings using ethyl-alcohol spray on the running engine. But no reaction, if there is a leak the engine should increase it's speed of revolution for a couple seconds, so I think there are no leaks.
Does anybody have a diagram of what exactly values the sensors should give out or were to get a good documentation for this 1.6liter FIAT-Engine 109 Horsepower with two top-camshafts and how those should be adjusted.
Also I need to know what exactly the second senso on the ACC is doing, one is the potentiometer for the angle of the Air-In regulator, the second should meassure the negative preassure, but I have no Idear what should come out on this sensor and which pin is what kind of signal.
