Subject : Coolant Leakage Problem in Fiat Palio nv 1.2 Petrol

Dear Sir,
My car is Fiat Palio 1.2 nv Petrol ELPS Dec.2004 Model. It is clocked about 60K km. It runs well with all respect. Recently a Coolant Leakage Problem arose for last about one month. The issue is as under:

Coolant drop-out is observed on the ground when the car stands or rests. Just above the location of the drop on the ground it is observed that it might be coming out from either the thermostat junction
(upper hose connection going to radiator) or from the Lower hose connection (a FOUR branched hose pipe of which one of the four ends is connected to the engine inlet/pump – I think so). Surprise is that at none of these point coolant wetness is sensed by finger-touching ! Every thing seems very dry. None of end of any coolant hose pipe is observed cracked, loose or leaking. Even though dropping pouring from engine-body (under/below above mentioned points location) is observed. At thermostat position, it is quite dry and not such a dropping situation wetness is observed. It can physically and easily observed. The lower end, I think enters under the metal-sheet cover over the exhaust manyfold. (Under this cover I can not see without opening). But,also no sign or symptoms of coolant coming-out or drooping is observed. Coolant is dropping is sure and I have to maintain its top-up daily is a fact.
For my this problem, first of all I went to Tata-Fiat dealership. They showed their inability to resolve the problem, bust suggested some causes of the issue. Then I went to many local auto w/s. They suggested causes as their own way. As per all above sources, causes may be:
(1). Replace lower hose-pipe (4-Branched).
(2). Elbow may be corroded and needs to be replaced.
(3). Some replied that engine is required to be opened to locate the leakage-point.
(4). Some said that this car's material/metal is not easily prone to corrosion, so elbow can not be corroded.
I am really confused by above information. No original or genuine parts are available. Availability of “DESHI” part is also limited and vendor tries to exploit to the maximum extent. (I could procure a deshi lower four branched hose pipe @ Rs.1050/- - I afraid of its strength and quality, but no way out! - This is just for your kind information.)
Now my questions are:
(A).From where this coolant-leakage might be coming out?
(B).What part/portion should I open and How can I check and confirm the leakage ?
Sir, I seek your valuable guidance and immediate HELP.
With best regards.
