Cheers

Ebay, here for petrol or here for diesel. Both identical other than the wording, but is it worth the risk if someone else is filling up your car?

Only problem is the key is different to the main key, but I just keep the fuel cap key in my wallet to save the expensive of having the cap cut to match.

When removing the lower grille to paint it, make sure you clip it back in properly...

...because some silly bugger sure didn't

Hmmm, exposed intercoolers look so good.

Always worry about damage though...

Re: "Phoebe" the 90hp 1.3MJ

Feeling very happy with how she's looking now

Newly replaced and painted front grille, and you can see the latest addition of a Sporting spoiler. Recently did a whole boot transfer which turned out much easier than just fitting the spoiler itself.

I decided to embrace the standard lights and went for a blue and silver theme which I think looks great being close to stock.

So, I think all my mods now are...

Koni STR.T shocks
Eibach Sportlines
Silvatec front indicators
Cupra splitter
Silver front grilles
Carbon fibre dash
De-vinyl B pillars
Sporting spoiler
Red badges all round
3.5mm jack between cup holders

2 years on, and I'm still in love with my little Punto

I think sports' ( 17 inch ) wheels will look much better on the car.

I completely agree, but I do a lot of parallel parking and it's very nice to never have to worry about kerbing with the nice big chunky tyres of the 15s.

Re: "Phoebe" the 90hp 1.3MJ

Last weekend Phoebe spent some time doing support driving for two close friends of mine who are currently walking the whole of the Welsh Coast for charity. The roads across Wales are some of the most fun I've ever been on. The A483 certainly reminded me what a good idea fitting Eibachs/Konis was

Re: "Phoebe" the 90hp 1.3MJ

Since I possess the qualities of being both "tall" and "an idiot", yesterday when driving with my roof open I thought I'd see if I could Clarkson-style drive looking through the roof. When raising the seat, I was greeted by a loud snap, as my seatbelt sensor cable had got itself wrapped around one of the seat runners. Now everywhere I drive I get a constant beeping

New part ordered with super quick delivery, once fitted I'll post a guide.

Re: "Phoebe" the 90hp 1.3MJ

Quick post to just say that after 4 years and 72000 miles with me, Phoebe left my possession at the weekend. Since my new job involves commuting by train she just simply wasn't getting the use she deserves (Mrs Cadabena can't stand diesels and will only drive her CitiGo), so getting rid of her seemed the best option (Phoebe that is, not Mrs Cadabena!!).

I will always fondly remember my first car and will happily recommend Fiat as a reliable and reputable brand. This hopefully isn't the end of the journey for me here - the plan is that when the CitiGo's lease is up, we'll find a well looked after 150hp 1.4 Bravo Dynamic (non of this Multiair malarkey!). But until then, thanks for all the help guys and hope your Puntos keep going and going
