Introduction

So have purchased a GP yesterday after 3 weeks of looking around. Got it from a local dealer managed to get a full years MOT/TAX the wheels refurbished full valet and another service as well as a years warranty on Parts and Labour

Its a 1.4 Active with full service history 2 previous owners and only has 23k on the clock, I think its a bargain at only £3281. Let me know what you think.

I have so far ordered the following which will be fitted and updated with pics on here-

GP armrest (from ebay) looks smart and the glovebox is no use to me
LED SMD with canbus thingy for side lights and numberplate
RING H4 XENON ULTIMA 120% - Anyone had or have these...?
Parrot Mki9200- Will upload pictures of installing it
Footwell light front and rear linked with the opening of doors

I think after the above is done I will be even happier with the car.

Nice looking motor dude. Youre probly gna need to get load resistors for the led lights unless you can live with a constant bulb error warning on ur dash. You can pick em up for a fiver off ebay.

The one's I bought say their error free, do I still need a load resistor...?
 
Yea man, the error free bulbs still tend to cause the error. I bought sum canbus error free leds for my number plate lights but still needed resistors.

It is a bargain, the dealer round the corner from me has a bog standard 1.2 Active 07 with 46k on the clock for £4,750 LOL. Same price as I bought mine for 2 years ago and it's an Active Sport.

The armrest sounds interesting, how do you fit it?
 
How are the Ring H4's? Also do you have a link please? I have OSRAM Night breaker plus. They are certainly better but I could do with ones that light the road up better

I've ordered it and will do some pics of it as I do it to show you have also inboxed you the link to where I got it
 
What colour cable do I use for my ignition feed from the cigarette lighter....? Anyone got a link to a how-2....? Will do some write up's this week when things start arriving and after I get back from work trips (Yipeee!-Not)
 
So glad i over slept this morning 4 packages came up the drive as I was leaving. I will fit the armrest and other bits this weekend as long as the resistors show up.
