Introduction

Hey guys! Picked up my new ride yesterday, and Im madly in love with it already!

Spec:
- 59 Reg 1.4 16v T-jet Sporting 120bhp
- Bossa Nova White
- Panoramic (Skydome) Sunroof
- Optional extra 5 Spoke 17" alloys
- Factory Rear window tints

I can honestly say, Its fast!!! Coming from driving a 65bhp 1.2 8v active GP, Double the power and almost tripple the torque is such a nice feeling! Pulls to 70 (and a bit more ;) ) sooo easily!

The panoramic sunroof really sets the car off! especially with the 5 spokes :)

Plans:
- Team Heko Wind deflectors (Bought need fitting)
- Re-vinyl pillars and rear roof section to make the whole roof gloss black
- Eibach Sportlines
- Spend countless hours keeping it spotlessly clean (already filty after doing 100 miles on soaking wet roads :( )
- Forge/GSR intake
- Remap

Not 100% sure on tuning it up for serious power (vl36 A500 turbo ect) but its early days yet ;)

its a big step from 65bhp to 120! haha The power along with a newer clutch, the ASR light was flashing most of the way home ;)

UPDATE:

Fitted Team Heko Wind deflectors :D
They were a doddle tbh, after reading homeward tips, just peeled the tape, slotted them in and pushed the metal clips in with a screw driver covered in a cloth :) SORTED!

In a few weeks you'll want to change the turbo straight away haha, boost dies off so early...

Looks great Tom, pop on some SS wheels in white - then have problems keeping it clean :D

Can't wait to look around this at the next meet, will probably make me think about buying a bloody panda :rolleyes:

It was wet last night and it was going mad! :p 2nd gear just as it spools up at about 20 :p

I went to withdraw the cash today, she said 24 hours notice.. so that'd have made it about 14:00 tomorrow for collection. Earliest she said I could have it was Saturday morning. To me, that doesn't seem like 24 hours.. more like one working day, but now I have to re-arrange collection :(

Are you going to be getting a front bumper splitter thing for where the numberplate is? :eek: (sorry I don't know what it's actually called - my mind is fried) :(

Some people are just annoying haha

Ive gone off vinyling the front grill, if thats what your on about? But if someone was to throw a Linea grill at me, I would bite there hands and arms off :p
I would like a LCR splitter aswell haha

Your getting a 100hp arnt you?

I decided to get a full refund and stopped the plastidip because it's getting too cold now. I don't have the facilities to do any indoor spraying so it's going to have to wait :mad: But oh well, I can concentrate on other things like maybe vinyl my roof and spoiler black for the time being, maybe a cupra splitter etc etc you know how it goes lol

Lol boo! I want free food :D Yeah something like that the IHI VL36 or VL38 or something, all i know is taht it is the biggest IHI one :p I will let you know, it might be changed at the begining of next year maybe.... :p NEED MORE POWER! (y)
