Excellent news, the pump is supposed to make 3+bar so it might be able to pump the diesel at the rate of knots when disconnected but not make the pressure when connected in circuit.

If I can but in here moodrater you mentioned a third piston deactivation solonoid can you tell me a bit about that please, have a 2013 ducato maxi 180 multi jet that seems to loose that cyl intermittandly , drives fine then just looses power has engine check light on ? Changed filter, still same cut open old filter no sighn of algae. Can engine light be reset with out computer can I get a code out of it ? Any information apreciated
