Hello all,

Not an overly regular poster but thought I'd pop up some pictures of my twinair.

Picked up on 05/05/2012 and so far have clocked up just over 2900 and a average of 41.6mpg of town driving.

Like the noise and performance of it so far.

May I ask as to what colour that is?

Really like the clean uncluttered look of the raw body and dark alloys - superb

The colour is called something like midnight indigo blue.
No longer available and only on twin air models when it was

Shame really, still trying to find a nice blue hue that's not discontinued - front runner was New Orleans blue, yet to see "Epic" blue(if that's the right name for it) in the metal!

Twin Air Plus spec is one I would have chosen but it's back to the config' wotsit for me - again!!!

Good choice (mines the same but with a black roof)

Just for the record this colour is still available, however now renamed using its Euro name Footloose Blue. Now available on the Pop and Lounge but not the Colour Therapy or Street models.

now have rear mudflaps and wind deflectors fitted.

Now has 3600 miles on the clock. Fuel consumption is still about the same at 41.5 on average over the last 3600 miles.

I've had a few issues with it which so far has not been traced. Stop start restarts then engine dies straight away. It sometimes cuts power in the rev range (like a hic up). Nothing been found on the computer when hooked up though.

I like the engine not and for a 900cc engine the speed. Its fun to drive and ideal for around town work. I'm so glad that the engine has got a bit looser already as the having to go into 1st for slow speed was getting annoying.

I do find it very twitchy at the rear and unsettles very easy, which as its upset at such low speeds can be a bit of a giggle, very old school mini like.

I didn't go for the black roof, kind of regret it now as it looks cool but never mind. No leather could not justify the £600+ option for it.

At £11890 I clicked only parking sensors, paint and split seats.
