Grande Punto RuSZ's '09 StarJet Grande Punto

Introduction

Well guess who's back in a Fiat after a year absence. :D

Here she is, my new Grande Punto with 13800 miles and one genuine lady owner. Its a 1.4l 16v StarJet Grande in Ska Red.

She's a 2009, Grande Punto GP Spec; 95bhp 92lbs/ft 1.4l Engine, Gen 2 Headlights and Sporting Fog lights, Carbon Effect dash, Blue&Me and 15" Alloys.

Recently been named Francesca the Fiat

Haven't really got many plans for her. Maybe lower. But have already got wind deflecters and the much needed iPod Blue&Me Adapter (y)

Nice car :) Starjet is the name Fiat gave to the new 1.4 16v engine they built for the Grande Punto because the old 1.4 16v did really bad on emmisions tests :/

Re: RussJTD's '09 StarJet Grande Punto

What is a starjet? Only heard of t-Jet and m-Jet

Looks good though Russ!

Yeah, the MJet is the Diesel (or JTDM), the T-Jet is a StarJet with a Turbo :p

Its nippy enough without it. Its a good engine (y)

Starjet is a T-Jet without the T ;)

:yeahthat:

always wanted to see this colour with some gold wheels :yum: the engine looks so small in that bay!!

Dont think i'll be going with gold alloys, but would look nice :yum:

Thinking one day Sporting Alloys the multispokes. or some abarth alloys. But thats a long way off.

The engines not that small, much bigger than the 1.2 8v and the 1.4 8v :D but all engines look small after my 1.8 16v Vauxhall

Nice colour, don't see many around either. Agree with MISC, would look good with gold alloys.

Nah, its why i chose it. aswell as for the engine. was looking at a New Orleans Blue 1.4 8v. but decided on this to be different :D
