just realised i also made the front badge black, with a small bit of left-over black vinyl. looks more noticable close up

found these, after having a quick look some kits take away the high beam function but these apparently dont? lol
are they hard to fit?

cheaper ones than that mate, you just want h4-3 hi/lo HID no the later style ones just plug into the same plug that clips into the back of your OEM bulb - so a piece of cake lol literally plug n play, if theyre like mine they have to be wired from the battery, simples too, red wire from the +ve battery terminal and black wire to an earth (bolt on the chassis/wing etc) easy

I've got blue xenon's in at the moment if that's what you mean by the plug and play option, but the HID's do sound appealing...

Lol be careful with the blue hids, vosa are travelling the country and the police are begining to try to do people with illegal hids for 'attempting to impersonate an emergency vehicle' if I were you it go with the bright white 10k or 12k I have hids and I swear by them, as previously said if you going to go for it then have them aimed slightly lower than usual, the ones your looking for are the BI-Zenon hids these have both high and low beam

I upgraded mine for two reasons 1 being that the standard headlights are (and we all know this) by all ways and means PANTS!! Lol also I have this unhealthy love for having my music up silly loud with the sub bashing the crap out of my ear drums which when I had the standard lights made them flash to the beat where as with the hids just the dash lights fashed, swapped the dash lights to leds problem solved

10k or 12k? 10k is really blue and 12k can almost be purple if you want pure bright white go for 4500/5000k - thats closest to daytime running, 3500k is JDM yellow lol or get osram nightbreakers

I actually got my cheap xenon 100watt bulbs, and after just coming back from a late night country road thrash I am more than impressed. After they shine through the fly eye kit they arnt rediculously bright, so don't think il be getting HID's anytime too soon,
On a random note I am thinking about a k&n air filter kit, but bearing in mind mines only a 899cc will it make much differene???

have a search for comments on K&N's on here, and you'll want a different induction kit. Its been covered plenty of times.

what 100w bulbs you get? linky/ also will they be safe with that fly eye kit on the lights, dont 100w bulbs get mega hot?

Also does anyone know of a cheap aftermarket exhaust for sale by anyone? Preferably used so It fits and not bothered about brands, just want a loud one!!!

If you are any good with a welder or know someone who is just make your own system like i have done its not quiet but its not too loud to **** the neighbours off:devil::devil: clean looking cinq though!!!!

i'm only jokin.. When i was young i drove a classic beetle with an exhaust so loud it set off car alarms in a large raduis around me, driving into a covered car park was always so amusing. Had to switch off and coast down the road to my house so as to not be linch mobbed by the neighbours the next day.. You carry on matey

i got a straight through cherry bomb exhaust, i drive with ear plugs in on long jurneys, sets alarms and everything off lol fairly cheap to buy and fit

Its really loud but not at all tinny like some after market exhausts
I was thinking about getting one for the panda.... but i have to take my dad out and he nags enough already
