Looks exactly like mine, for height, straight after I replaced the springs and shocks, etc. -- so I would guess so...!

If it's a Sporting, though, surely it should be lower...? I wonder if it had bog-standard Speedgear suspension put on instead/by mistake.... We shall probably never know....

I would have loved to lower mine: Mk2s look pretty good when the wheelarches are 'filled' -- but the roads around here (if not everywhere) are just too badly potholed; and one new bit of spine is enough, thank you....

ican relate to that,
its one of the reason's ihavent lower'd mine,
it wouidnt last long with the roads over here,
